Upstairs you’ll find 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share the master bathroom (Jack and Jill style). Hopeland Farm is a 100 acre working farm just 10-15 min from downtown Lititz.

A lovely tiny home with features and snugly feel that will keep you feeling right at home! Minutes off the 222 and right in the center of Lancaster County you will find much to keep you occupied. Tucked behind the edge of town, with a house on either side, meadow for the front view and woods behind, gives the feel of country but walking distance to shopping and food. We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.
