On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…
