Within walking or driving distance we find a beautiful beach. Free parking is available right outside the apartment. Warm, welcoming place for a wonderful stay all year round. Very close to the apartment, the area has a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, hairdresser.

The loft apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the main building which is within the village of Mitika, with unobstructed views to the Ionian blue as far as the island of Lefkas and even the coast of Italy when the atmosphere is clear. A small, semi-private beach is just outside the garden door and some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi which is a couple of kilometres away.

LEMONELIA small apartment is a beautiful,cosy small apartment with wonderful view. it is located on Loutsa beach. There is a big room with a double bed ,kitchenette, and a small room with a single bed ,(suitable for a kids bedroom or a cosy sitting room) ,a bathroom. It can sleep 3 or maybe 4 people. There is a private yard where you can eat,relax and enjoy the view.
