This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Pretty Morvandelle house, with small garden, 5 km from Ouroux-en-Morvan and 5 km from Lake Panneciere. Ideally located for hiking and discovering Morvan. It has 3 double beds that can accommodate 6 guests in total. 2 bathrooms, a shower on the ground floor, a bathtub upstairs with two toilets, a large living room with open kitchen. It has a garage and a cellar where you can store your fishing gear as well as your bikes or motorcycles.

The Little House on the Prairie

Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis. Close to the farmhouse, it is an opportunity to admire nature and admire the cows. You can even count the sheep to fall asleep! In three strides you are on the edge of a small private pond. Don't get your fishing rods! At 2 km you can enjoy the Nivernais canal and 10 km from the ponds of Vaux and Baye. And 10 km away you have the city to do the necessary errands for your survival.

In a quiet hamlet, nice little house for 3 people, typically Nivernaise ideal for resting, with hiking and biking, as well as fishing on site. Close to the Nivernais Canal, the 16-lock route, the Baye and Vaux ponds, with water activities and swimming. Close to Morvan Natural Park, visit to Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon... Bakery 1 km away, other shops in Corbigny 14 km away.
