Had a short but amazing stay, super clean and nice place! Communication was great and everything was very easy, accessible and clear.

Aida is an absolutely brilliant host, provided food on arrival along with slippers, clean towels and fresh bedding. An extremely thoughtful host as she communicated with us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The flat is in a great location with great transport links to the city. The flat was beautiful, full of amenities and in a very convenient area, especially if you’re staying for an event near Tottenham stadium as it’s in the opposite direction of most traffic. Ann-Marie left clear and detailed instructions for check in and check out.

Well, to say we love staying at Nishi's would always be an understatement. This is our fourth time staying at this lovely place and we plan to do so again in the coming months. It's comfortable, safe, close to amenities like food shopping (SAINSBURY'S and M & S FOODS) are only a 15 minute walk. We always use the Central Line (Tube) to get into the West End, which from door to door takes only 35-40 minutes. Very convenient location and only minutes by tube or car to Epping Forrest and the Town of Epping and the Essex countryside for a day trip to the local picturesque villages. The private gated parking is a welcome added benefit for your car and it feels safe and sound once you're parked and settled in. We love this place and only hesitate to say more, in case it's already occupied when we want to come back!

place was good , fast communication , but no bin the facility apart from downstairs in the lobby / hallway. Lobby had remaining fast food boxes downstairs with led a bad smell through out Overall good place

Candice is an excellent host. She is also extremely kind. Clear communication. Nice, cozy and tidy place. I booked this place for my friend's family for one day. Their feedback was that it was a lot better than a hotel. Will definitely use again whenever we need to. Best part is that there is no neighbours so you get the whole floor to yourself. Sainsbury's is just opposite. Very close to high street. Would absolutely recommend especially if you have kids. They will love it.

Fantastic, stylish and artistic home. The space is peaceful and relaxing. Courtyard is perfect for enjoying a cuppa in the morning air. James even went to the trouble of booking parking for us at a very reasonable price. Great park at the end of the road for dog walks and canal is just over the road for lovely strolls. A range of shops and eateries on the doorstep. One of the most comfortable stays we’ve had.

Stayed at Janine's studio for 5 nights. Loved our stay, location was peaceful with easy access to local pubs and shops. Walkable distance to main road with two local pubs and Indian restaurant (which we didn't try) and chip shop(which we did..very nice). Also easy access to local buses into Brentwood high street, from there can travel to Romford, Chelmsford etc which for us was easier then taking the car. Studio was well set up, lovely and clean, with instructions on how to use heating etc. Janine did check in with me to make sure everything was ok which was nice. Studio exactly as described. As someone else suggested probably best to reverse onto parking spot as on a narrow lane. So couldn't fault our stay at all and would be happy to stay again next time we are in the area xx

We loved Derek’s space. It was perfect to have our own space when visiting family nearby in Crouch End, at a reasonable price. Ample space for two with a very large bathroom! We would stay again :)

Top Tier Place, Top Tier Host, Amazing experience even before going in we had an early check in, and a late check out and James was so understanding about it, when I come back to the UK I'll definitely look for this place again for booking! Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded
