The basement is an awesome game room with pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, and plenty of games. Dining table seats 16+… the perfect spot for friends and family to gather. Nice view of the river from the hot tub. River access is just a short walk down a pathway on this 2.8 acre property, where you can fish or launch your tube, kayak, or canoe!

This place was great! I've stayed in multiple Air Bnb's in this area, and this one was by FAR the cleanest. The kitchen was great, the fridge was spotless, and they bathrooms were very clean. The outdoor space and fire pit are as great as advertised, and its beautiful right on the river with a fence to provide some privacy from the street. Can't way to come back!

As a Callicoon native traveling from Denver, it was so comforting to have such a cool spot to stay in close to home, yet so secluded and like your own oasis. Nancy and Greg were SOO helpful and always right there if we needed them. I can’t reccomend them enough! Thank you guys!!
