All windows face the lake and provide breathtaking views any season, day or night. The sunsets are magnificent, and storms are a marvel to behold. Enjoy the view from the patio, or inside from a comfy couch or the queen sized bed. The property is smoke and animal free and we make an effort to use natural cleaners due to allergy concerns.

Take it easy at this peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.
