**WE ARE ON THE US SIDE** Located on the 2nd floor of an older 2 story home. Private, nothing fancy, traditional Cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Similar to a cottage setting. WiFi/Paramount +included. There is also an apartment on the first floor and is completely separate. PEACEFUL AREA. Parking.
