House holiday rentals in Ermoupoli

Graciela was a great host. She cleaned the pool every morning, which was perfect for our kids, and gave us lots of tips for things to do on Syros. The house had everything we needed and we fehlt very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

We traveled to 3 different islands on this trip and Elpida's place was our absolute favorite. To begin with, Elpida is super responsive; she always answered our questions within 15 minutes. In advance of our stay, she helped us with renting a car and she also allowed us an early check-in. She had great recommendations for restaurants (it was during Greek Easter). The house is wonderful. Well appointed with everything you need. Elpida has a great sense of style and the house felt like checking into a luxury spa. Bathrooms with necessities, fridge with goodies, and some wonderful treats (painted Easter eggs and local Easter sweets). Lovely pool, beach towels, great patio. We like to cook in the evening and the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal.. The beds are very comfortable with different firmness pillows, which is great. If you are traveling to Syros, we highly recommend Elpida's place. You will not be disappointed! *****

The place is beautiful! The photos don't honor the reality of the view and the interior layout. Dimitris was very welcoming and always good advice, and Litha was very responsive in terms of communication. We recommend without hesitation!

we had an unforgettable pleasure staying at marina's. Everything was beyond our expectations, the places are magical, the view of the bay breathtaking and the inside of the house absolutely well decorated. The vegetables from the garden came to sublimate our taste buds during this week of relaxation and rest. Thanks again to our hostess

We loved our stay here, responsive hosts, clean and well maintained property / pool (rare in this location), large lounge area, outdoor barbecue terrace. Many of Syros’ best beaches are close by, as are lots of great restaurants…plus one of the best bakeries on the island a (steep) 10 min walk Maria / Stratos recommended local spots that were pretty much all very good and helped make reservations, even one for a restaurant in Hermoupolis after our stay in Poseidonia had ended. One piece of advice for future guests is that there is a supermarket ten mins walk (‘4all’)…we didn’t realise this until our last day (it doesn’t come up on Google Maps and we assumed it was a cafe so were driving to the next nearest supermarket at Voulgari!) All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay in 2 bungalows in Bernard and Georges's beautiful estate. We were welcomed in an extremely warm and friendly way. The infinity pool is beautiful with views to the hills and the sea. The estate and garden are very beautiful thanks to the talents of the owners. I highly recommend this rental, to spend moments of relaxation and fullness thanks to the landscapes. It is also a good starting point to discover all the beaches of the island which are numerous and very pleasant.

Staying in the apartment made the vacation very nice, for the location, for the new furniture, the cleanliness and the variety of appliances present. The highlight is the inner courtyard where we had all the "home" meals in complete relaxation. Also important were the short distance from the supermarket and other shops, from the bus terminus that leads to the beaches, from the center with cultural attractions and numerous bars/restaurants. We recommend it to anyone who wants a hassle-free vacation and the feeling of being at home

Anastasios was the perfect host. Attentive, proactive and extremely pleasant to deal with. He kindly collected us from the ferry and dropped us back when we were leaving the island. The house is geographically separated from the town square and waterfront on top of a step hill but it lies right on the route of the almost-hourly free town minibus that quickly and easily gets you to and front the waterfront and main restaurant area. It was a pleasure to have a drink or meal on the rooftop area overlooking the Aegean and nearby islands. We heartily recommend Anastasios and his great house.

Just spent a month at this lovely place and miss it already. The view is spectacular and the amenities are perfect. Christine was so friendly and helpful hoing above and beyond to answer questions and make recommendations. The kitchen is very well stocked the rooms clean the cleaning woman who they recommended was affordable and did a great job. You need to be able to walk stairs to get up to the home which we didnt mind it was great exercise. The outdoor space and roof deck divine.

Great and spotless space, just like in the photos! Mrs. Isadora was very helpful and kind, she responded to messages right away and made it quite easier for us as she allowed us to check in early. Mr. Fotis is also very kind and helpful! The location is quite convenient as you have access within 10 minutes to the center of Ermoupolis.

It is a good option for a couple or small family as this is a full house. The area is quiet although there are stairs to access. Everything is very taken care of and details. There is a staircase that connects the kitchen and living room downstairs to the room at the top. There are two access doors one upper and one lower. Lena welcomed us in a lovely way and addressed us by message at all times quickly. Overall attention was very good.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Oavia's place! Very helpful host, and extensively caring and attentive to ensuring her guests have a great stay and experience. Location is very close to the city, and easily walkable to main areas and attractions. Located in a very family oriented neighborhood with kids playing in the street and very kind neighbors. We hope to be back one day.

A spacious accommodation with everything except the WiFi was provided. The hosts relatives live next door and are available to help with any issues. Would be perfect for a long term stay.

We had a lovely stay and apartment was amazing. Great location, so close to the square. The most perfect stay whilst we were visiting our family. We were late arriving. However the host met my brother (who is living in Syros) with the keys so that we could check in, and the host so helpful. Just what we needed after we had a long stressful travel. the apartment was very clean and we had two cleans in the time we were there. The host checked in with us to see if we needed anything, every few days, which was lovely. 5 star from start to finish! Thank you for our lovely stay.

We stayed at this Villa for 3 days with our friends and the whole experience was great. Marko’s was a great host, always communicating on time, very flexible on the check-in & check- out and made sure we are comfortable right away. The Villa was in a very good condition, had the necessary amenities, the view was amazing and walkable easily to Ermoupolis & Ano Siros! If you decide to have a car is also easy to park around the area of the Villa. Would definitely recommend it!

As other guest have mentioned, photos don't do this place justice. The place is SO cool, quirky.. interseting, everything! We were 6 people with 1 baby and it was plenty of space for us - one shared bathroom and one en suite. The cielings are so high, the art work is bonkers and so fun. GREAT! location for a morning swim in (6 min walk, tops!) and same distance to town. Tall narrow stairs maybe tricky for someone with limited walking abilities but otherwise its a perfect house! The rooftop views and sweet little terrace (x2) are so special. 1000% reccomend.

We had a wonderfull time at Anna's and Giorgios quiet place on the edge of the village of Azolimnos. There is the the possibility of swimming almost on the doorstep near a small harbor. The most fantastic thing was the spectacular sunrises over the sea right in front of the panoramic windows and the spacious terrace. In one room you could even watch the spectacle from the bed. If you didn't want to, you could have darkened the room with electric night blinds. There is a mini market within easy walking distance. In the other direction we went on short walks along the coastline with turquoise-colored bays and the small beach "Santorini". Buses stop opposite the mini market, which travel through the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. We could easily do without renting a car. The landlords live on the ground floor and were extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant stay and service even for the very short time of our stay. Flexible access and check-in, friendly hostess and spotless space! Thanks so much!
