All appliances, bed and bath linens and utensils are new and of excellent quality. Strategic location, in front of the Unimed Hospital of Jlle (20mts), Centreventos Cau Hansen (Joinville Dance Festival) 300mts, Sesc next door, several supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and general commerce.
