Located in Corning’s historic Southside. This 121 yr old home was renovated in 2022. It is a 2 story 2BR 1 bath, with a dining room, living room and kitchen. The master BR has a King bed and walk in closet. The 2nd BR sits across the hallway and is smaller and has a full size bed. The bathroom was completely renovated it features a walk in shower with ample lighting. A separate XL studio apt is in the back of the home w/ a full bath, kitchen and bedrooms. Everything was as advertised. The wall of windows in the living room is the star of the home. This was a relaxing, peaceful, comfortable, spacious retreat. The view is lovely. We often kept some windows open, and song birds could be heard regularly. The home has a unique vintage vibe which we love. Great price. Highly recommend.

I loved the apartment! It was clean, cozy, and just right for one or two people. The bed was SO comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like boxes of tissues and to-go coffee cups that were provided. The front porch furniture was also appreciated, although the weather didn't cooperate so I didn't get to use it much! This place was perfect for me to come back to after Glassfest and just relax.

Chris and Ron are wonderful hosts. They were kind and offered assistance if we needed it, which we really didn’t. They definitely have the place set up with lots of helpful notes providing assistance with light locations, how to turn things on and off, etc. We loved the map of the property, hand drawn by one of their sons! Staying in the suite was a very private, peaceful experience, and we are very grateful for our time there. The location in the woods speaks to me, as I grew up in a remote area of Vermont, and spent a lot of time in the woods. We didn’t have an opportunity to take Ron up on the pizza offer, but we will on another visit! Thank you, Ron and Chris!
