Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 91m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. Genieße ruhige Ferientage im reetgedeckten Bauernhaus, wenige Radminuten vom Wattenmeer entfernt. Das Haus wird derzeit liebevoll renoviert und hat noch ein paar kleine Macken. Es ist nichts für Perfektionisten, die Hotelstandart brauchen. Euer Ferienhaus hat 2 Etagen und einen großen Garten. Statt Fernseher könnt ihr vorm knisternden Feuer mit einem guten Buch entspannen. Auf Anfrage verleihen wir Fahrräder. Kinder können sich auf dem nahegelegenen Bolz- und Naturspielspielplatz austoben.

Idyllisk, hyggelig og moderne hytte på 72 kvm i naturskønne opgivelser🌲 Ribe by ligger ca. 4 km væk ✨ Hytten er nyrenoveret og egner sig godt til par, veninder m.v. som ønsker en getaway nær Ribe, udeliggende håndværkere, og evt. børnefamilier som kan sove i samme rum, da 1.sal er et stort rum. Eneste OBS - dog meget vigtigt, Man skal være opmærksom på, at jernbanen ligger lige op af huset da hytten tidligere er et vogterhus og at der ikke er noget hegn🛤️

Dejligt nyere sommerhus, charmerede og hyggelig, i læ fra vinden og kun få skridt fra stranden. Huset ligger i naturskønne omgivelser ved strand og skov. Restaurant i nærheden. Skønne vandreruter. Golfklub inden for 10 min. MTB spor. Legeplads 2 min fra huset. Der er chromecast - wifi. Ingen grundpakker til TV.
