Top accommodation for families with small children. Enough supermarkets in the area to quickly do some shopping, in addition, Disneyland Paris was 10 minutes away and easily accessible. The host responded quickly to various questions and was very friendly. Highly recommended for families!

We had a great stay in the house for an extended weekend. Pleasant garden, swimming pool, edge of the Marne. Sylvain is very friendly and responsive. Our dog was also delighted with his stay. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in nature. Accessible on foot, shops and restaurants nearby.

The accommodation also includes private parking, which is not negligible for parking. Housing security. Clean and well maintained. Quiet. Everything you need to rest before leaving for the day. Our Host is friendly and attentive. I learned what a CHROMCAST is and it's funny, he explained it to me nicely without losing patience... I highly recommend it for a person or a couple.

Beautiful apartment in a really lovely location. We loved the decor and felt right at home! Val d’Europe literally around the corner which made for great access to shops and restaurants. And Disneyland an easy 25min walk. Have to give special mention to L’Atelier Boulangerie…5 min walk and the best baguettes, pastries and cakes!

It's a beautiful place, the apartment is in perfect condition and is close to restaurants, shopping, and Disney.

Excellent appratment - even better than the photos. The host reaponds to any questions quickly. Easy to access, check-in and out. One possible issue - if you have extra waist layers like me, it is a challenge to get the keys at check-in. The parking places are right infront of the parking gate and next to the entrance door. The beds are good combination - firm mattresses in one of the room, soft in the other. Wi-Fi is good for video conferencing. Bonus - there is a visiting black cat which allows you to pet it.

Staying at Fabienne's was a wonderful experience. Charming apartment with space and nice amenities like toiletries and cooking equipment. The balcony was great and very airy for the apartment with the doors open. We went to Disney and the 59 bus was a 5 minute walk away and got us to the park in 10 minutes (2 stops). The neighborhood is lovely and even perfect for an evening walk! Fabienne was extremely kind and welcoming. It was a pleasurable stay!

Daniel is a very friendly host; everything was perfectly arranged. The apartment is wonderfully quiet in the middle of a residential block, so no trouble with cars. With the RER quickly to Disney and Paris; we enjoyed.

One of my favorite features is the balcony—it’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee with the table and chairs set up just right. I also loved the updated decor since my last visit—it’s clear the host puts care into keeping the space fresh and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and hope this gem is available again!
