Air-conditioned villa in very quiet place on 2000m2 garden land two large terraces with garden furniture and aluminum pergola. Outdoor transats,barbecue and pétanque court. City of Carcassonne at 25 minutes ,Narbonne at 20 minutes ,city of Minerva at 20 minutes ,lake of jouarres at 10 minutes ,sea at 40 minutes. Ground floor apartment, on a quiet street in the center of the village. Free parking 200 m away. Village located halfway between Narbonne and Carcassonne. Grocery store (bread depot), restaurant. 60 m² accommodation has a living room with non-convertible sofa and TNT TV area, a double bed bedroom, kitchen (dishwasher). Bathroom with shower, toilet, dressing room. Baby bed and folding bed for 1 person possible. We live on the first floor of this house. Pets not allowed. Bike or motorcycle storage.
