A villa-type house in a very quiet area. Very close to the Puy du Fou theme park and close to the historic center of Toledo (10 minutes in both cases). Next to the house, there is a Mercadona and a Variety store. You can walk there since it is 300 meters away. The house is very spacious and comfortable (130 m2). Very bright. Alsaudade. Peace and quiet very close to Toledo

Alsaudade is in Alcabón, a town half an hour by car from Toledo and the Puy du Fou theme park. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the upper floor, there is a suite with a bathroom. There is also a sofa bed that allows you to accommodate up to 8 guests. We also have a playpen for babies. The house has a backyard with a barbecue where we set up a pool in the summer.
