Monthly Rentals in Escambia Bay

This was a great place for us - we had a wonderful time - it's centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal where you can fish and trap crabs.... we just had so much fun sitting out and enjoying the deck and also watching the guys fish. Krystal was very gracious and was a great host. They have items you wouldn't normally have access to such as items for toddlers and children, which was nice so as to not have to travel with bulky items you will always need for a toddler. Our grandson LOVED being outside. We loved our time there, being able to visit with family at the house and in the Milton area. We definitely plan to rent again when in the area. Thank you for everything! It was a wonderful time.

The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.

We had nice time at this studio, it fit our needs, it has everything you might need for a short stay and it was very nice to have a separate entry/area private from the main house. The host is very friendly in case anything is needed.
