This is a recently remodeled basement apartment furnished with an eclectic mix of modern leather furniture and a 50" TV, Roku and stereo receiver. Bedroom has a queen bed, desk, chair and closet; kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, pots/pans, etc. with easy access to washer and dryer. House was built in 1929 with a lovely yard and garden. Guests have access to the garden but not the house. Parking available on the street except in the winter when off-street parking is available.

Located next to the Big Cedar River Farmhouse (see other listing) on land w/other farm buildings (granary & barn). Fills up for hunting season, GET PERMITS! You must bring your crate if you plan on leaving your pet unattended in the cabin.
