Apartment holiday rentals in Escazu

Place was very nice specially upstairs rooftop. The only thing I will the place needs at least drawers and more ground coffee and sugar. I ended up buying coffee and sugar. Also there a lot of construction noise right behind the building and they start too early at 6:30 am. So I was not able to sleep well. Other than that the area it’s quiet and the surrounding are beautiful.

Arnaud was a great host and always responsive. The condo was exactly as described in a great location. I will definitely stay again!

Johnnys place was perfect. His apartment had everything you needed - washer and dryer, hair dryer, even a clothes steamer. The apartment was in a super safe area and not far from downtown San Jose and places like Central Market. The balcony view was amazing and the rooftop pool -- unbeatable. I absolutely recommend this spot !!!

This spacious condo is close to shopping and restaurants in upscale Escazu. The features that it has that stood out to me were a beautiful pool and pool area, beautiful views of the surrounding hills and city, and the generous laundry room. The people we interacted with, from our host, Jorge, to the front desk to the parking attendants were kind, friendly and helpful. Jorge/Travel Kings were in good communication with us from beginning to end. I recommend it as a very comfortable, nice place to stay.

Very nice place. If you use Google maps and end up in a short driveway with an iron gate, you need to keep going and take the next right. There is an office building behind the location, and Google may route you there. You should see an entrance lobby with sliding glass doors and a garage door on either side. Be sure to let them know you are coming ahead of time; they need to clear you with security so you can get in the garage. Security is good, with a 24/7 guard. To check in, once you have parked in the garage, there is a lockbox on the door with the key. They will give you the combination, so you don' t have to wait for someone to let you in. The place is on the third floor, with a good view of the city. It is especially pretty at night. (It reminded me of the Chicago skyline.) There are all sorts of restaurants nearby and if you don't want to drive at night, there are several restaurants that deliver via Über Eats. Excellent stay!

Place is wonderful! It’s in the private and safe area of San Rafael, Escazu. Feels very peaceful. Beautiful view, lots of space in the apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and even better than on the pictures. Gonelli is a wonderful host that gives you space but is always friendly and helpful, if you need him. Was flexible with check in hours too! Would love to stay here again.

The apartment is in an exclusive area, very quiet and pleasant. The place is just as you see it in the pictures. I could say that, so far, it is the most complete accommodation I have ever stayed in. Ana Mercedes was very flexible with the arrival time and the instructions were clear and precise. It may seem complicated at first, but it's actually very easy. I would definitely go back to this place.

This was our second time staying at Karl’s place. We love it! Super conveniently located and tons of great stuff close by. The place is private and secure and has great views. We definitely recommend!

Our stay at this condo was truly unforgettable! The space is just as beautiful as the listing shows—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking; we found ourselves soaking it in every morning and evening. We loved the convenience of having several great restaurants just a short walk across the street, which made dining out easy and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and getting around was simple with easy access to transportation. What really made our experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us wonderful suggestions that helped us make the most of our time in Costa Rica. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area—and without a doubt, we would stay here again. 🇨🇷 PURA VIDA!

In fact, without asking for help, he was already giving me instructions to facilitate my arrival and of course we loved the place. He welcomed us with a gift👌🏻. This place is fantastic! I’d love to return. The concierge was incredibly helpful. If you’re into working out, the equipment is sufficient for a great workout. The advanced technology in the washer and dryer is incredible; I wish I had one back home. You must take advantage of the breathtaking sunrise and sunset from the rooftop while enjoying a refreshing swim or relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

Great host, super responsive. Excellent amenities in the building and great view from the apartment. Very helpful front desk. The washer trips the circuit breaker very often, so it was difficult to do laundry and some of my clothes were ruined. Esteban and his wife were super responsive, friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, but nothing really to see in the area-most things like groceries, attractions, and restaurants need a car. There is a nice little mall with a convenience store, hair, nail spa and pizza restaurant at the entrance to the complex that was very helpful, but I spent a lot on Ubers and taxis. There’s a great Terrace for working. That is open air, and there’s also an office with computers right in the building. The gym was really nice. And the pool and clubhouse were good too. Overall a good place to stay, especially if you have a car.

Our stay with started off excellent with the host allowing us to check in early which we very much needed. Not only was the inside of the apartment very lovely and easy to find and check in but the neighborhood itself was peaceful, beautiful and lovely as well. We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay here again.

A great location, and you can walk to almost anything you need. Restaurants everywhere, cinema, pharmacies, coffee shops are all close by. Nick is a great host and is very prompt with any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent apartment and location is perfect. Walking distance you have restaurants and bars.

My husband and I stayed at Daniel's condo for 9 days while we had some dental work done in San Jose. It was perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed. Clean, grocery store pizza hut right downstairs and McDonald's right across the street! Location was perfect and there is a gate with a guard that let's you in that gave us a feeling of security during our first international trip. We plan on staying here when we come back to finish our dental work in September!
