This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. In a 19th century house and its 5000 m2 park, renovated in 2020, enjoy an independent 90 m2 accommodation in a wing of the house, with its kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m2 master bedroom with double bed, an 11 m2 bedroom for children with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed), its 30 m2 living room, and a private terrace.
