Au sein d'un ancien corps de ferme réhabilité, idéalement situé entre Guédelon et Saint-Fargeau, tout proche du lac du Bourdon, ce logement paisible vous offrira un cadre de détente pour toute la famille. Le lieu possède un large extérieur arboré qui vous laissera vous dégourdir les jambes. Une petite marre an fond du terrain complète le tableau. Le logement se compose d'une entrée avec placard, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle d'eau ainsi que d'une grande pièce à vivre en 2parties.

Séjourner dans mon gîte à la déco rustique en accord avec l'environnement. Un gîte de 4 chambres dont une en enfilade, près d'un petit étang (non clôturé) sur mon exploitation céréalière en activité à proximité de Rogny les sept écluses, Briare , Guédelon à 35 min. Linge non fourni (Sur demande forfait linge possible avec supp, à régler via Airbnb). Toutes les dégradations et les odeurs de tabac à l'intérieur du gîte seront facturées. Des vélos sont mis à votre disposition. Animaux interdits

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage.
