Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Seele, die es zu entdecken gilt.

Fiber optics are also at your disposal for free. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement

Monumental bakery in the centre of Rysum: Living in an exceptional atmosphere. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, a shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in gable. Wi-Fi, but shaky! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The way to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, to the end of the road (BEACH UST), park your car and walk north by the water...

Lovely apartment with balcony - only 400 m to the North Sea

The apartment 5 on the 1st floor is about 50 square meters and has a bedroom, a new bathroom with toilet and extra large shower, a nice kitchen, a living room and a covered balcony. From the large kitchen-living room you have direct access to the balcony. Your suitcases etc. will find their place in a separate storage room. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen or rent it from our property management on site.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

The studio on Wilhelminenhof

Feel comfortable in our cozy studio (“green room”) on the Wilhelminenhof. The light-flooded room is modeled after a hotel room with a spacious bathroom and large shower. The traditional Wilhelminenhof has been telling history for over a century and now you can be a part of it. Your terrace is on the south side. The North Sea is about 1 km away and the nearest town of Dornumersiel is 1 km away.
