"Botanical Garden". Quiet neighborhood. 1st floor

The apartment is for those who value comfort and cleanliness without glamor and chic. A great choice for a business trip and a relaxing stay after work. Suitable for both colleagues (2 separate beds) and family (large bed). Green, quiet neighborhood with good ecology. Windows overlook the yard, which guarantees a peaceful sleep. My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.
