Sie befindet sich über dem ehemaligen Stallgebäude und ist umsäumt von einem großen, eingezäunten Garten mit Blick über die Wiese. In der 84 qm Wohnung sind das Wäschepaket sowie Handtücher im Preis inbegriffen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und ein großes Kuschelsofa machen den Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit gemütlich.

The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

A special highlight: an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large natural garden completely fenced and this also has a barbecue area. Two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, each with a double bed. In front of the house is a parking space. Only 1 dog allowed.

Leider schließt Ende 2025 die Bäckerei, die man von uns aus zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Im 3 km entfernten Ort Sterup wird es ab Anfang 2026 die Filiale einer Bio-Bäckerei geben! Ein kleiner Trost...

The apartment is located in the middle of the hilly, pleasant landscape of Angeln.

Das Gebäude - ein Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes - wurde 1914 errichtet und führte bereits seit 1940 Gästezimmer. Im Jahr 2024/2025 wurde das Gebäude in der 4. Generation aufwendig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail nach neustem Standard kernsaniert.
