My house is located in the center of the city, on the university street; 5 minutes walking distance to Anadolu University, 5 minutes to the Espark shopping center, 10 minutes to the train station and cafe, 1 minute to the university street where the restaurants are located, 10 minutes to the bar street and the Adalar district along the water. The tram and bus stops are a 3-minute walk from the house. It has all the stuff you may need in a house. Feel free to choose us if you want to stay in the lively city center in a friendly,safe and clean house =)

New 12 1+1 apartment with terrace

thank you for the flexible check-in and checkout. The beds were made single and double, so she kept leaving and annoyed. I don't know if anyone but me:) It would be nice if there was a solution to her (anti-slip, etc.) The upstairs people did not turn on the hair dryer so as not to disturb the people next door, but the time difference on the upper side kept taking something at night, early in the morning (I think the chair/chair) I wish they had thought like us:) I prefer it again in the future, have a good work

The house has a different but nice feel. I think it is very nice to have a garden on summer days, at least you are not stuck in the house in the evenings. It is almost impossible to find a house with a garden, especially in the city center, this place is very well thought out. The cleanliness of the house was quite sufficient. The communication of the host is also very nice, it's great to have a password check-in because you don't expect when the host will bring the key, for example, I was able to check in at five in the morning.
