AirB-n-BAWK! The NEST @ Locally Laid Egg Company

Bunk with the Birds -kinda. Sleep in sight of the chickens in this tiny, rustic bunk house. 1/3 of the structure is for the chickens, the other 2/3 is for you - separated by glass. It's a chicken aquarium / PEEP SHOW! The Coop has 3 twins and a full-sized mattress. It is BYO Bedding so come with sheets and/or sleeping bag and pillows. There is a solar charger to charge small devices and run the lamp and fan. The structure is seasonally heated with a Porta Potty near-by, bring a flashlight!

Rustic, solar bunkhouse - The Roost! Glamping at it's best. Get away from it all in this simple bunkhouse made with recycled materials and wood siding from trees milled on site. Large window, covered deck, outdoor seating and fire ring give you space to commune with nature. With a full and twin mattresses, it is Bring Your Own Bedding so come with sheets, pillows and/or sleeping bag. The structure is heated. Private outhouse near-by, bring a flashlight. The home is located near many great activities, such as 3 miles from the Willard Munger State trail, 4 miles from the Duluth Traverse bike trails, 3 miles from the Superior Hiking trail, 4 miles from Jay Cooke State Park, and 9 miles from Spirit Mountain. The home is only a short 15-minute drive to the Craft District and Lake Superior.

Upon your arrival to Buffalo Valley you will receive a warm welcome with an escort to your house by the host, in the beautiful north woods. At check in you will receive a key to the cabin. (Please note that the house capacity is 6 guests, no exceptions. We also have a NO pet policy.) There is a guide book that gives you all the information you will need. You will love how remote you are, yet so close to town. Enjoy the fire pit and sauna in the comforts of the wilderness!

“HEMLOCK YURT” (near Duluth, MN)

JUST 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF DULUTH ON THE BORDER OF JAY COOKE STATE PARK. Enjoy this tranquil yurt nestled in the trees overlooking a mowed meadow, providing a hybrid experience between camping and staying in a cabin, or ‘glamping’. You will be surrounded by nature and wildlife, sheltered by the canvas ‘yurt’ and sleeping in a comfortable bed. There is a small solar power system in the yurt and shared porta-potty (~100 yards from yurt). Potable drinking water available.

2 Acres of Tiny

Sitting on 2 acres, on the outskirts of Duluth our 360 square foot tiny provides the outdoor experience loved by us Duluthians and is just a short drive to many attractions including: - Spirit Mountain for skiing, mountain biking, tubing, etc (2 min) - Craft Brewery District (8 min) - Hiking, Biking, and Snowmobile Trails (2 min) - Downtown Duluth and Canal Park (12 min) - Miller Hill Shopping Mall (20 min) - And much, much more outlined in our guide book!

Spacious vacation space!

Come enjoy our vacation rental! We're in a great neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see! The apartment has a large living room, huge deck, full kitchen, full bath, and two separate bedrooms. This is the upper unit in the building. As such, this isn't an appropriate space for anyone with little kids that run around - as it would detract from the experience for the guests below.
