Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Esmoriz

We really enjoyed the spectacular views, the amazing terrace and the fun pool. BBQ area was a real plus and all the amenities were adequate for our party of six. Joao was a very friendly and responsive host. The main bedroom was large but the other bedrooms and communal areas were small with limited soundproofing. The location was beautifully private but the noises from the town and river could be loud.

Our stay was amazing. We went to Grijó for a wedding and the location couldn't be more perfect. Emília was an amazing host, super available, attentive and of a giant sympathy! The house, besides the excellent cleaning, is very welcoming and is equipped with everything we need and something else :) all the corners were thought to detail with a lot of love and affection, both inside and outside that is also very pleasant ! And it's impossible not to feel the good energy ❤️ We sincerely thank you for your attention and look forward to coming back!

Alessandro and his partner were very friendly! He helped us with getting started on the surf boards and was always happy to help. The house is located right next to the beach and the ocean and is ideal to start surfing. We were able to use the bbq facilities loads and the veranda is very nice in case the weather is bad!

We had a fantastic stay at Miguel’s place! The property is incredibly calm and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with so much to do, especially for families. We loved the basketball court, table tennis, the large green garden area, and of course, the pool! The house itself was very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. It’s also ideally located – just 30 minutes from both Porto and the airport, and the same distance to Aveiro, which is an absolutely spectacular town worth visiting. The local supermarket was less than a 10min walk away which was so convenient. Miguel Is an outstanding host – so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he gave us great recommendations for local activities and places to explore. He also offers surfing lessons, which we took advantage of and absolutely loved! Highly recommend staying here – it was the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and adventure.

This apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We loved the little fishing village and walking to dinner every night, and even walking to the pedestrian bridge to get to the main city and markets. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a great location and an adorable apartment! João and Rita were very responsive and kind, leaving me local recommendations and a bottle of wine. I loved walking up to matosinhos to surf, walking around foz do duoro and shopping, then getting dinner on the beach. It was so quaint, quiet and special - I would definitely come back.

I was absolutely Gaga over Jorge’s place! Exquisitely curated with architectural details that were just impeccable. As an interior designer, this space has my fervent stamp of approval. The neighborhood is great - tree lined streets, lots of students and just nice and quiet. Jorge’s recs were thorough and thoughtful. We loved Porto much more than other cities in PT, and will definitely come back here if we can. The fresh fruit was much appreciated 🥰

I had a fantastic stay at Marcia’s lovely apartment. I found her to be highly responsive to my communications and questions. The place was very clean, bed was especially comfortable, and shower/bath great. What really made my stay there, though, was the outstanding view from the apartment and proximity to all the sights. I also felt very safe in that area as a solo traveler. Muito obrigada, Marcia! I look forward to staying at your place again in the future!

I loved being across from the park- pretty to walk through as I headed to the historic areas each day. The patio was incredible to enjoy a coffee / read a book. The welcome port & water & coffee was very nice, and a booklet with suggested places to walk/ things to see was really helpful. The toilet is down a few stairs from the sleeping area (wasn’t a problem at all). It was fun to feel like a local. Also fun: The Camino de Santiago Portuguese route goes through the park across the street (which was exciting for me because I had just hiked further north).

Wonderful stay, wonderful location in Porto. Very commutative host. The terrace was wonderful and the space very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great location. Perfect for a one night stay to explore the city. All of the sights were within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and the bed was so comfy!!

Terrace place is an enchanting part of Gaia. You will immediately feel at home. The apartment is very clean and cosy. Restaurants, markets and vineries are close by. You can do a lot of things on foot but public transport is easy to reach, too, as are boats or the cable car. Communication with Terrace was very quick and efficient. The view over to Porto's Old Town from the sun deck was incredible. We definitely had a great time and will book again whenever we come to Porto.

Fátima’s apartment was in the perfect location. My husband and I were able to walk to all the spots we wanted to see & there are great restaurants & cafes all within walking distance of the apartment. Fátima gave us an entire list of wonderful recommendations as well. We truly enjoyed our stay in Porto.

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Chill House Porto. Comfortable, clean and excellent location for sightseeing in downtown Porto and close to Metro station.

The apartment is a delight from the moment you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home. Great bathroom with amazing rain shower and hot water. Bedroom and kitchen and living areas are all well presented and equipped with all you need and with lots of additional touches. Very quiet for sleeping, and great air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Great location to explore Porto, and don’t even have to walk very far at all, including a great cafe next door, to find lovely eating places. Pedro was a wonderful host in every way.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Pro's: -The view is phenomenal!! - The location is practical and central (bus and metro stops nearby) - Large bedroom (also a beautiful view!) -Genug Platz - In the kitchen, everything you need is there (a second pot would be nice) -All was clean -There is an elevator (apartment is on the 7th floor) Cons: - The ventilation in the bathroom turns on automatically in the afternoon and does not turn off again until the next morning. It is very loud and looks dirty, and it also gives off an unpleasant smell when it runs. You should always have the bathroom door open for ventilation. No dishwasher - Large and noisy construction site around the corner Overall, I had a great stay and felt comfortable!

Very nice apartment for 2 people, with all amenities - towels, shampoo, soap, coffee machine, washing machine, iron. Very nice and helpful host, showed us on the map of Porto places worth visiting, answered all questions on an ongoing basis - very good contact. The apartment is located 500 m from the beach, in a very good communication point (metro, buses). I highly recommend it.

Fantastic spot with views of the water. Very airy, beautiful flat in Mira Gaia and walking distance to the Dom Luis bridge, Clerigos area and Sao Bento train station. (Just be ready for the hills! There is a set of escalators down the river, though not all seem to work all at one time for whatever reason.) Just a few minutes from multiple bus stops and a local market. Quiet area since it is on a dead end street and comfortable beds with all the needed amenities. Highly recommended!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!
