Holiday rentals with a patio in Espadilla Beach

Karina and her husband's are lovely people and they gifted one of the best coffee that I had in Costa Rica. The location is convenient and close to the bus station and other restaurants and stores. Going to Manuel Antonio Park is super easy from here. Disclairmer: Unrelated to the airbnb itself Quepos is not a safe town, being out after sunset poses great risk of being mugged, specially in the areas nearby.

This was, hands down, the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Super nice, new, spacious, and beautiful home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our family of 5 could spread out and be very comfortable and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Super convenient to walk to several restaurants (four of them are literally right across the street), ice cream, small grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Eight to ten minute drive to Manuel Antonio National Park as well as a fun public beach (Espadilla Beach). Five to ten minutes to downtown Quepos. We were off to activities all day and it was nice to finish the day in the pool at the condo and then beautiful sunset from the penthouse balcony. If we ever come back to Quepos, I would ONLY EVER stay at this place. We loved it and worth every penny (or Colones)!

The place was clean, in a great location, easy to find. I love when a host leaves a manual in the house and local recommendations. The two on-site employees were great and so sweet. Rafa was quick to assist with any questions we had about the location. The monkeys came to see us every morning on the patio. We loved hanging out in the hammock. It was so nice lying in bed, looking out onto the patio and the gorgeous view. The pool was great. Perfect for toddlers with a separate shallow 'hot tub' and shallow entry. We only saw one other couple there during our 3-day stay. Kent was able to arrange last-minute transportation for us. He is very responsive. Highly recommend Kent's place.

Feel like home! The communication with the host were constant super helpful and fast. They recommend a nice tour for the water fall and was amazing. 100 recommend. The house keepers were so sweet specially Gisell.

We loved this stay, it was beautiful and the location was very good. Jorge was a great host. We definitely felt it was very comfortable and a lovely space. 😍

Pronto van a tener una piscina

This place was perfect place to stay to explore Manuel Antonio National Park! The accommodations were just as depicted and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It was a great place to relax at the end of a day or first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the monkeys who came to visit and came right onto the deck. One of our favorite memories from our trip. This location is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, so it was nice to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. If exploring the Manuel Antonio region, this the perfect place to stay!

El departamento es pequeño pero cumple con todo lo necesario, es muy bonito y con vista al bosque. Hay seguridad al entrar así que es súper bueno si llevas coche propio o rentado.

Andria’s jungle home truly exceeded all expectations.Between the main house and the casitas it was a perfect set up for the seven of us. They had all the amenities needed , thought of everything. Chris was super helpful in planning any excursions and recommending restaurants etc. The were tons of capuchin and spider monkey jumping around the trees everyday. The cute little agoutis were cruising around every day too. Also be expected to be visited by some very sweet neighborhood pups. All in all it was an awesome trip and I can’t wait to return the Jungle Glory Home!!

After a fiasco with our original Airbnb, I messaged Nicholas and Gelena to see if we could check in as soon as possible. They messaged back within just a couple of minutes and said we could check in within the hour. The house was beautiful. We saw all kinds of birds from the pool; my favorite was the visits by the parrots every evening around 5pm. The location was perfect. 30 minutes to Quepos and 30 minutes to Uvita. The closest beach, playa Matapalo, has sloths in the trees every morning. We got some of the best pictures and videos there! If we ever come back to Costa Rica, this house would be our top choice!! If you’re thinking about booking, do it!! Just make sure you have a rental car with 4wd as you’ll need it to get up to the house.

Our host was very accommodating, flexible and gave grey recommendations. The home was stocked with things we would need such as plenty of linens, and additional treats like coffee and some complementary snacks. The location was walkable to several restaurants and shops. Overall, a very comfortable stay, in a wonderful location.

We loved this place! Close to anything you’ll want to do in Quepos and Manuel Antonio, but still private. You have the whole house to yourself and a private gate. Felt very safe and private! Only noise was from nature (birds and other animals scurrying on the roof), and things falling out of the trees hit the roof occasionally. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Overall this place is great and we definitely recommend!

Teya siempre estuvo muy atenta, tanto ella como Helena nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y bienvenidos. Helena me pareció una persona muy amable y se tomó el tiempo de explicar todo, contestar rápido y siempre estuvo atenta. La casa tiene un toma de 220v afuera lo cual es conveniente para autos eléctricos. En fin, todo muy bien 👌🏽

A beautiful cabin in a secluded area surrounded by nature. The cabin can get really hot, but with the two fans we were able to get a good nights rest. The views were stunning and the cabin was really clean!

I just want to start off and say that this is the best house that I’ve ever booked a vacation at the people that owned The house are literally amazing and so helpful. The location is so beautiful. Everything is so clean and organized. The air conditioner works amazing Too with the heat they literally booked all of our excursions and picked us up from the house Was always so patient with us and literally made our trip so amazing I will definitely come back worth every penny I had the best birthday ever and the views and the pool was so amazing 100000/10 recommend this house to anyone looking To come to Costa Rica !!!!😍

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The property was clean & spacious. The community was safe, quiet & offered a unique experience to drive through local districts. The PM staff (OSA) went above & beyond, providing exceptional customer service from the moment we booked. They were warm, responsive, & prompt. We highly recommend utilizing their inclusive concierge services which allowed us to book domestic flights, rental car, spa services, excursions, etc! The one-stop-shop experience was an extra layer of relaxation that added tremendous value to our trip planning. Their local guidebook was also super neat! Amongst the endless great things we can state about this property, nothing beats the incredible, breathtaking views! The stunning backdrop created such a magical experience for us! The infinity pool & waterfall overlooking the jungle... absolutely incredible! Perfect setting for a romantic/relaxing getaway. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this property to anyone!

Isaac fue muy amable, rápido para responder y para ayudarnos con nuestras preguntas. El lugar está impecable y las amenidades son exactamente las descritas, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y la vista es muy linda con mucha naturaleza, totalmente vale la pena! :)

El hospedaje excelente, me encantó su cercanía con la playa. Lugar tranquilo. Y con comercio cerca. Sin duda lo recomiendo. El anfitrión fue muy amable.

Hola, no conocí a Eddie en persona pero se nota que es una persona muy amable, atenta, siempre respondiendo los mensajes, aclarando cualquier duda, me permitió irme un poco más tarde. Me prestó su cuenta de Netflix lo cual estoy muy agradecido por qué me sirvió de mucho. En cuánto al lugar, es un lugar muy bonito, hermoso, lleno de mucha vegetación, exuberante, es un condominio cerrado con otros departamentos todo muy bien cuidado. Andaban monitos. En cuánto al departamento es pequeñito pero muy cómodo para una persona está bien cómodamente, tiene todo lo necesario es Bonito. En un espacio común, hay lavadora y secadora que es de muy gran ayuda. La parada de buses qué se puede ir a quepos y a otro sector de Manuel Antonio está a unos pocos metros. Recomiendo mucho el apartamento.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem. Fomos recebidos pessoalmente pelos anfitriões que nos passaram os detalhes da casa. Alguns detalhes foram resolvidos rapidamente e sempre nos responderam com gentileza e prontidão. Na segunda noite trancamos a porta com a chave dentro e Don José foi lá abrir a porta prontamente (ele mora há 25km de distância). O local fica a 1 minuto a pé da entrada do parque Manoel Antônio e a essa mesma distância da praia Espadilla. Tem restaurante, mercadinho, agências de passeio, bares, tudo ao alcance a pé. O ônibus para bem próximo de lá também. A casa é muito confortável, silênciosa , bem equipada e há muitos animais ao redor (veados, iguanas, macacos). Tem uma sacada bem legal pra tomar café e ouvir as ondas do mar bem cedinho. Recomendamos o lugar, sobretudo pela atenção dos anfitriões.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

Bel emplacement calme et très sécuritaire. Portail d’entrée avec gardien très sympathique et qui fait des rondes de sécurité sur le site. Belle terrasse extérieure couverte qui permet d’en profiter même par moments de pluies. Vous pourrez entendre et observer des oiseaux. Sylvia nous à grandement aidé pour des réservations pour de bons restaurants et activités. Tout les équipements de bases pour la cuisines étaient disponibles, vous devez prévoir savon lessive, ziplock, papier aluminium et débarbouillettes. Endroit spacieux.
