Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.

Enjoy this quiet and central 55m2 accommodation. It has a bedroom with a ceiling fan, a kitchen-dining room and sofa, a bathroom, and an interior terrace with a charcoal barbecue. Just a 15-minute walk to the beach, 3 minutes to the T1 tram stop, and 15 minutes to the Castelló de la Plana central station on the T1. Located near supermarkets, public transportation, restaurants, marina, and casino. Laundry service on the corner of the same street.

The house has a camera at the entrance. According to Royal Decree 933/2021, the mandatory data specified therein will be requested. The host is required to request the same and verify that it is correct. If it is an inconvenience for the guests, they may not book.
