Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.

The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal towns, hike, run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house, shopping malls (8 min drive), restaurants a few meters away, a playground next door and very close to San Sebastián (20 min drive). There is no public transportation in this area. Coming by car is advisable.
