A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

House with open-plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed on the ground floor, the other with 2 single beds on the upper floor, and 1 bathroom. It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).

It has a full kitchen and an independent bedroom with a terrace overlooking the mountains and the valley. It also has 2 single beds in the living areas. Insulated with cork and wood, it has heated floors, a fireplace and forced ventilation of hot or cold air. Optional baby crib bedding and towel costs an additional €10 per night.
