Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

Koiran kera majoittumassa. Asunto oli viihtyisä ja oikein siisti. Keittiössä laajasti kaikki tarvittava. Parvekkeelta ihanat rauhoittavat näkymät. Sisäänpääsy oli helppo, ja tarkka tuloaika ei tarvinnut olla tiedossa. Oikein mukava majoituksen tarjoaja.

Upealla paikalla oleva huvila, jossa majoitusmahdollisuus useammalle henkilölle. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja toimi meidän tarpeisiin. Valtaisa terassi ja siinä oleva poreallas ja muut kalusteet ja grillit olivat hyvä lisä ja tekivät huvilasta isomman kuin se onkaan.

Asunto vastasi täysin kuvausta ehkä jopa ylitti sen. Asunto oli putipuhdas ja sinne oli helppo löytää. Asunnossa oli hiljaista ja parveke oli luksusta. Ehdottomasti tulemme uudelleen.

This is an excellent, well-provisioned flat for a couple, in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. There are restaurants and a new craft brewery within a few minutes walking distance. A city bike dock is nearby and this is a fun island to ride around. You can get to the city center quickly by bike, entirely on well protected bike paths. You are surrounded by marinas and it is fun to watch the boats go by, and the swans. The sauna is easy to operate and heats up quickly. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Ella and Teo are very responsive and thoughtful hosts.

I enjoyed my stay at Tarja’s cottage. It is a cozy space, with amazing views and is surrounded by a lovely yard and garden! Tarja provided a bathrobe and uses linen bedding and towels, which really makes this place standout for me. The cottage is well-equipped and I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit to the island. From the cottage, I was able to walk around all of Suomenlinna. There is lots to do on the island, with multiple museums, an art gallery, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants and cafes. The swimming area is also just across the road. I wasn’t able to use the private sauna on my trip, but I’m sure it would only enhance the magical quality of this place. Tarja was proactive in her communications, providing me with detailed directions before checkin and a helpful printout for navigating the space. I also had the opportunity to meet her in person; she was helpful and very friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Aleksi’s place! It was our first trip to Helsinki in a very long time and the location is great! Aleksi is an attentive and responsive host - his place is just clean, the location is quiet but conveniently close to the water with a great view and also the city centre. The apartment is spacious and cozy with everything we needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a spot that’s scenic but walkable. Thank you for the great stay!

This was an ideal place for us to stay while we adjusted to the time-zone change and explored Helsinki on foot. It is just minutes from the waterfront, which is a great running route and swimming location. The wonderful sauna Loyly is a ten-minute walk and full of interesting people. Now we understand why the Finns love saunas! Melina’s condo is lovely in all respects, well appointed, and in a venerable picture-post-card worthy building. Melina is a responsive and caring host. The kitchen-living room has very high ceilings, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom is compact and the ceiling in part of the bedroom slopes down, but these are minor inconveniences more than offset by the many positive attributes. We would gladly stay here again.

This place is truly a gem. It has all the warm touches of a real home, so charming and comfortable. And Mervi was so great to meet us there and show us around. Our favorite parts were the courtyard for catching some sun and tea outside, well stocked kitchen, heated floor in the bathroom, list could go on… also if you are into walking, this is totally walkable to the water, restaurants, saunas, and design district. Accessible by public transit. We would definitely come back next time.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very close to a tramway stop that takes you directly to the city center in 12 minutes. The apartment was very modern and nicely furnished. Everything was of very good quality and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The communication with Harri and Sonja was very friendly and helpful. So everything was great. We recommend Harris Apartment 100% and would definitely come back when we are in Helsinki again.

Sallan koti on kaunis, kodikas ja puhdas! Vastasi täysin ilmoituksen kuvausta. Vietin asunnolla reilun kuukauden ja viihdyin todella hyvin! Salla oli lisäksi maailman ystävällisin ja avuliain host, joten voin lämpimästi suositella tätä asuntoa kenelle hyvänsä!

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt in der Nähe des Hafens und mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank auch, dass ich früher einchecken durfte – das war sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung – ich komme gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at Sampo’s apartment. Great space and the location could not get any better. We would happily stay there again!

Staying on the ocean made me em-oceanal to say the least. Conquering my fear of the sea was something id never had thought possible but thanks to jesse and his place i was able to do that. He took me to and from his yacht boat which was shrimply fantastic! Id love to come back and o fish ally stay here again

Hatten vierzehn wunderbare Tage, mit Sonne, Meer und ganz besonderer Sauna mit Panoramablick in diesem paradiesischem Anwesen. Von der Saune über den Steg direkt ins Meer! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sauber und die Betten wunderbar bequem. Check -In und Out waren völlig einfach und wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Der kleine Hafen in Porkkalla ist wie aus dem Bilderbuch und leckeres Essen gibts da auch in diesem schönen Ambiente. Die Fahrt nach Helsinki war etwas länger als gedacht, hing aber an unserem Auto und an dem hügeligen und kurvenreichen Teil der Strecke, daher sollte man ein halbwegs geländegängiges Fahrzeug mit bringen. Dieses Haus ist aussergewöhnlich, die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauna, es war wunderbar. Die Zeit dort mit Freunden oder Familie zu verbringen ist super entspannt, das Areal ist so weitläufig, dass jeder seinen Freiraum haben kann. Für ein luxuriöses Zeitintervall zur Erholung ist dies der perfekte Ort.
