This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

The romantic mill

If you like the Mountain, far from the trendy resorts and mass tourism, and you prefer to hike or drive on the stages of the Tour de France this is for you. The water mill, an unusual cottage thanks to its glass floor in the living room allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that is carried by the private stream of the torrent that borders the property. With an area of 40m2 on the floor and with its mezzanine it can accommodate up to 4 people.

This cottage is newly renovated and we had the pleasure of living there for 14 years. You are in the village of Esterre, 50 meters above the church and a 10-minute walk to the shops and the center of the village of Luz. We live there and will be available whenever you arrive. I offer for rent an independent apartment in a small house attached to mine. Approximately 60 m², with a living room/kitchen on the ground floor, one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is equipped, with dishwasher, and you will also have a washing machine. I am a mountain guide, and I will be able to inform you as best as I can about your activities in the area, and lend you mountain equipment if you need it, with pleasure!
