This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

Please note that the land is not fenced and there is a small path between the apartment and the garden furniture and parking area. 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed for 2 people and 1 small cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Fully equipped. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Our apartment is 5km from Morzine and 7km from Les Gets , the nearest ski resorts. You will enjoy this cosy apartment because of the views on the mountains. It is a perfect place for couples. You can park near the apartment. The Balad'Aulps bus, which usually passes through the village and takes passengers to Morzine or Les Gets, will not be operating this winter (2024-2025). Morzine is only 5 km from the studio.
