Great host! Would stay there again.

Richard is a great host first and foremost. He was very responsive and accommodating. During my first night, we had a hiccup with the air conditioner not working and he worked very quickly to get it repaired for the rest of my trip. The house looks just like the pictures which I thought was great. Would definitely recommend this home. Also, I love the amount of space that you have if you’re staying in a big group.

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

Easy instructions for checking in and checking out. The airbnb was exactly like the pictures as described and the space was very clean. The neighborhood is a little sketchy looking but had zero issues during our stay, no issues with things such as outside noise/parking. I would recommend this place to stay! Thank you Sunday for being a great host!

The space and location were exactly what we were looking for! Carol was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The value for the price paid what was stood out to me the most. For this trip I thankfully did not forget to pack anything, but had I forgotten there were so many things available for use. Would love to stay here again if available next time I’m in town!

Richard is a very accommodating host and the AirBNB is a very beautiful apartment that feels like home. The place is very close to the bus to Newark Penn so very easy access around the city and to New York. Would highly recommend this place if you are wanting to visit and check the area out. This was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! It was very stylish, beautifully designed, very functional with creative touches and excellent use of the abundance of space. It was well stocked and this accommodation has gone above and beyond to be a place you want to be at and will miss when you leave. We were very impressed with the overall place.

This was a Super Great Experience. We stayed for almost a year. Host was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. The place is awesome for those looking for a long term stay or short stay as well. Very safe and quiet environment with great neighbors. We recommend the place with not only 5 stars but 10 stars.

Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. An extensive living room with a large kitchen. Everything is working. Balcony. Washer and dryer. Tranquility. Mattresses in bed comfortable. At the bottom, you can use coffee from the coffee maker. Well equipped gym. Bus access towards NYC - about 8 min on foot. The ticket cost is 6.9 dollars.

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Great location! Excellent communication, clean, modern apartment in really great neighborhood. Street parking is free and readily available. Walking distance to awesome coffee shops. We didn't bring our dog this time, but this neighborhood is very dog friendly!! We definitelyrecommend Rich's apartment.

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

My family and I loved this place. We’ll definitely book again next time we visit

This is a new building with modern features and appliances. Everything was spotless, there were extra pillows and linens, and the washer and dryer were really helpful! Vanesa answered all our questions and was pleasant to work with. I would love to stay with them again! Thank you!

Absolutely a great place, we had such a warming welcome. The host helped us in so many ways and made us feel at home. 10/10 fully recommend if you take a New York trip it’s a great option. It was only a 15 minute train ride to New York City. We will be back

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Newark, NY! The space was incredibly clean, airy, and very comfortable for our whole family. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly felt at home for all 9 days. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, quick, and helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Shelly and Abe are great hosts, communicative and nice. Their place is well maintained and has a nice rooftop perfect for the warm weather

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was cozy the bed was so comfortable and soft which is what I loved the most.. the kitchen is absolutely beautiful.. I didn’t have to bring anything to cook with as far as utensils or pots because they had everything. Also there is a supermarket right across the street. The hosts were so nice and responsive about any questions that I had or concerns they would respond to me right away. I will definitely be renting again.
