A 5/6 bedroom family friendly house in the heart of the picture postcard Essex village of Finchingfield with a year round hot tub, a garden with a heated swimming pool (from the third Fri in Apr until first Sun in Sep) and a trampoline. You will find a welcoming family home that we hope you enjoy as much as we do. Downstairs consists of an entrance hall, open plan kitchen with a separate utility room, a sitting room with a log burning stove and a grand and upright piano and a playroom/bedroom.

Spacious Modern Caravan

The caravan is spacious and modern with a large living room to accommodate the entire family during game nights. Ofcourse, an open plan kitchen connects to the living room, so that you can easily get up and grab a cold one without missing a single moment of the X-factor! The bedrooms are also a couple of steps away, with the master bedroom located between the two twin single rooms. Access to all the amenities on site does require a day pass to be purchased upon arrival from the reception.

Moments from the beach our holiday home is a cosy, well equipped, 3 bedroomed 35 ft static caravan with leisure decking. Sited in a quiet location on West Mersea's Waldegraves Holiday Park. Beautiful sea views, amazing sunsets and a private garden to unwind and relax in. The Park's facilities/entertainment for families are near at hand. Seafood has been Mersea's speciality since the Roman times. Colchester, a short drive away offers a wide variety of leisure and entertainment venues.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
