The Spa Studio is the perfect retreat for couples or close friends seeking a luxurious and peaceful getaway - an adults-only haven where you can unwind, recharge, and indulge. You will have full private use (pre-booking required) of a fully-equipped wellness center and hydropool (2 hr private session included for each night of your stay). Situated in Peldon village, recently named as "the village of the year", 4 miles away from the beach where you can take nice long walks along the coastline.

Iron Pear Tree farm has been family run for three generations. Restoring the unused farm buildings has been a labour of love for us, and we wanted to make sure that we provided unique accommodation whilst maintaining the history of the buildings. Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
