Wonderful place to stay with family. Great location for skiing at Stowe. Beautiful location and very responsive host.

This was a great getaway! It was the perfect size house for the three of us. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped (especially compared to other places I’ve stayed). Emmy was responsive and available. I wish we could have stayed here longer!

My husband and I just returned from a getaway week at the Graystone Cottage. We had a wonderful and relaxing time with not a care in the world because Cassandra and Jeremy addressed everything! Graystone Cottage is a beautiful property, both inside and out. I could spend hours in the hot tub just gazing at the many facets of woods outback! Inside, we truly felt like we were staying in a AAA Four Diamond property! As a walker, there’s nothing like a double loop up and back nearby Quaker Mountain Road or even a walk to nearby Marcy Park for the Whiskey Festival and Arts and Crafts Fair that coincided with our visit. And trails? Oh my…we could take our dog on so many nearby hikes along the Ausable where she could swim This was our second exceptional experience with hosts Cassandra and Jeremy. We all have a choice in where to stay…we will ALWAYS stay at one of Cassandra and Jermey’s properties!

Ardie and Mike made us feel right at home, and answered all of our questions right away! The cottage was very convenient with beautiful views and easy access to the lake and shore. It had more than enough beds and everything we needed to enjoy our stay there comfortably. We also had a great time playing with the two dogs, Misha and Sajen! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private cottage in rural Vermont that is still around 25-30 minutes drive away from Middlebury. Thanks Ardie!

Adam was an incredible host. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay providing recommendations and quick answers to questions whenever needed. The home was immaculately clean when we arrived. This also had to be the most well equipped Airbnb I've ever stayed at. From the kitchen supplies, board games, vinyls, CDs, to the throughly detailed guidebook written by host, I was so beyond impressed! The most outstanding part of this stay is of course the location and the views this home provides. It provided the perfect private oasis for a stay to just unwind and unplug. I'd highly recommend this stay if your local for a tranquil, low-key retreat.

Beautiful secluded surroundings and a peaceful pond. The house is very well kept and well decorated.

We had such a great family stay at The Cozy Cottage. You can tell that the home was very well built and it was extremely comfortable for our family with kids. The wood stove is awesome and heats up the whole house with plentiful wood in the basement and instructions to use the stove. The house was very clean and well appointed. We spent 2 nights there while we skied Sugarbush and the location was great for us. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to returning next year!

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

Very impressed with our stay here and would definitely come back! Pleasantly surprised how centrally located it was in Lake Placid - quick drive to local attractions, grocery store but could also walk 15-20 minutes to Main Street. Hosts provided very clear instructions, were very responsive. Everything was very clean and cozy too. Love the outdoor amenities too like the chairs, fire pit, grill and sauna.

Perfect home base for a peaceful ADK getaway. Lots to do in close proximity to cottage. The place was great. Very quiet. Coffee on the deck overlooking the river was a great was to start every day, and a cold one by the fire was a great way to end each day. Would definitely stay again.

Jodi's place is great! The lake front cabin is clean, has two bedrooms, and a third double bed on an enclosed porch. Beds are comfortable and so is the furniture in the living room. Television is in the living room and a Roku in each bedroom. Located on the channel between Flower and Oseetah Lakes. Her backyard really makes it special! It is large, has an enclosed tiki bar, fire pit area, picnic table, and a fabolous deck on top of the boat house. Backyard has good lighting for after dark hanging out. Docks are in great shape and plenty of small fish can be caught off the dock (perches and sunnys) during the early evening hours. Drive to town is about five minutes. If you are looking for a place, especially as a couple that needs down time, this is it. There is nothing but good things to say about Jodi's place.

The views of Mt. Mansfield cannot be beat! Through almost every window of the house, I could see the mountain and in the foreground were rolling meadows with wildflowers and Red-Winged Blackbirds perched on tall grass. The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and a few essentials for cooking that you might forget to bring. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed watching deer from the bedroom window. I spent a lot of time at the picnic table on the porch overlooking the fields. The location was tranquil and relaxing and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed walking the trails with my dog in the evening. Lisa was quick to respond to questions I had before my stay and the reservation process was seamless. I am looking forward to staying there again. Highly recommend!

Linda was a fantastic host, and her home was even better than listed. The cabin was a good size for our family of four + dog; the 2 bed / 2 bath arrangement allowed for good privacy when needed. The fireplace was great for apres and winding down at night. Location is a nice mix of seclusion (off the Mountain Rd), but close to everything.

Tonya went above expectations to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She even arranged with her neighbor to allow us space to park our boat trailer. This was a great location for boating and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this as the p!ace to stay. Thanks Tonya, you are a super host and we appreciated your recommendations for grocery shopping, restaurants and best boat launch. We made some special memories with our grandson and fishing on Lake Champlain. We had a great time.

Judy and Darren were fantastic hosts. The cabin was spotless and the local area so peaceful. They were incredibly responsive to any of our questions and concerns, and even checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful setting! Very peaceful and relaxing… just what we were looking to find. Anne described her home perfectly! We had everything we needed and more. Clear instructions were left concerning how to work appliances as well as check out details. Great location to restaurants. Would love to return someday.

Robin & Jack’s place is phenomenal! It has all the conveniences of home while also providing stunning views! We had the most enjoyable week in Vermont walking and biking along the causeway and just enjoying looking at the water. Robin was super kind and helpful giving us tips for the area and always responded very fast any time we messaged her. Five stars and would definitely go back again!

This house on Sterling Brook was amazing! All of the windows and deck overlooking the brook were wonderful for the stunning view. This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in and would love to go back. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book it for long enough!

A treasure in the mountains! This home had everything we could have ever needed to be comfortable during our stay. It was clean, bright, and cozy and the yard/views were such a treat. Fayth treated our family with such kindness and consideration and was very responsive anytime we needed something. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone and everyone looking for a peaceful stay in the Green Mountains!
