We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

Welcome to my super cozy house in the Old North End! The house is a 15 minute walk to the top of Church Street and is located near a market, yoga studio, and coffee shop. There is a farmer's market located directly across the street on Tuesday afternoons in the summer months. The house has tons of natural light, a comfy sofa and mattresses, a large TV with access to Netflix and HBO, and lots of books. Both bedrooms have sound machines and fans. Coffee and tea provided!

Adorable one room tiny house 5 minutes from Downtown and beaches on Lake Champlain. Our property is located on a quiet street in Burlington's Old North End. Recently renovated the guest suite sits above our home and is equipped with a private entrance. Windows face west providing a good deal of natural light. The partial kitchen is located in a small room off of the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, small refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and an electric kettle. Private bathroom. Wifi is provided.
