Apartment accommodation with high standards, directly adjacent to Öjestrand's golf course, Njurunda. Two bedrooms. Large and fully equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed, armchair and TV as well as storage spaces. Separate toilet and shower room with washing machine. Access to home gym and large balcony. At the golf course, there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a court. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, if you are, for example, a larger group who want to stay close to each other.

Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Städning, sängkläder och handduk ingå. Som hotell fast bättre

Dock Ej dusch men går vid behov att skölja av sig i havet eller med hink i bastuhuset. Det finns även möjlighet att hyra till Bastu, SUP 2st samt ett extra sovrum med våningssäng på nedervåningen.
