Vous profiterez d'un cadre apaisant et serein à 1h15 de Bordeaux et des plages océanes de Hossegor, avec de nombreuses balades pédestres ou à vélo, à 10 minutes de toutes les commodités. A disposition : ping-pong, trampoline, raquettes, pétanque, fléchettes, babyfoot. Piscine uniquement juillet et août : salée, chauffée, sécurisée, 12mx6m, ouverte de 12h à 20h.

This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 5 years, we have been constantly renovating it, and today we can say that it is comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teens love to go there and we have a great time as a family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

Surrounded by vineyards, a vegetable garden and an flowery garden, you will appreciate calm but also the warm welcome of the locals. Landlords are living nearby and will offer to you what is best in Gers: organic food from across the street, taste of the « Floc » or the « Armagnac » but also a lot of animals: chicken, goats and Horses!

Away from a small village in Bas Armagnac, quiet, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Independent studio located next to our house, fully equipped: TV and DVD player but no DTT, Wi-Fi, a mezzanine with a large 160 bed and a folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, parking. 15 minutes from the Nogaro circuit, Barbotan-les-Thermes and its casino, Eauze and 35 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan.
