Holiday rentals with beach access in Estavayer

The photos of this property doesn’t do justice to its original beauty. It is much more beautiful and the view that you get from balcony is soul refreshing. Free car parking. Although we didn’t used our car at-all as train to Rochers-de-Naye was in 1km walk, bus to Chillon Castle within walkable distance. Or you can walk along the lake side with for an hour to Chillon Castle. On the way you can see some famous people statue too such as Freddie Mercury. Nice place. Super highly recommended!

great place and hosts are excellent

Cricri and Mina are great host. The communication had been very smooth. The place is clean and convenient. It overlooks the lake from balcony and is also close to a lot of restaurants. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The carpark is actually quite easy to access and has a lot of spaces. Nyon is a nice small town itself and the people here are definitely more friendly to the tourists than other areas of Switzerland. We may come back again. Thanks again to Criric and Mina for allowing us to stay at your place!

Le vue est superbe et le petit balcon idéal pour profiter pleinenement de la vue sur le lac devant un bon verre de vin accompagné d'un excellent fromage. De riches conseils ont été donnés par Manda avant notre arrivée, très agréable pour organiser le séjour. De nombreuses activités peuvent être réalisées dans ce cadre magnifique et de beaux endroits sont à découvrir. La communication était parfaite avant, pendant et jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Nous recommandons cet endoit pour passer un agréable séjour à deux.

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

Excellent séjour chez Nicolas ! Le logement était propre, bien situé et conforme à la description. Nicolas a été très réactif à chacune de nos demandes et nous a donné toutes les infos pour qu’on passe un très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Wir haben 5 Tage in St-Gingolph verbracht und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf wirkt friedlich und die Einwohner sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist der absolute Hammer und wir haben die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den See jede Minute genossen, besonders den Sonnenuntergang und die Nachtstimmung. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und wie beschrieben wurden von Benoît viele Dinge für unseren Sohn bereitgestellt (Baby-Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Geschirr, Becher, Besteck, Spielsachen). Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls perfekt: In 1min erreicht man den Quai, in 3min den Spielplatz, in ca. 8min einen kleinen Badestrand. Ausserdem gibt es den Casino Shop mit einem guten Sortiment sowie eine Apotheke direkt neben der Wohnung. Herzlichen Dank an Benoît für die vielen liebevollen Details in der Wohnung, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour en famille totalement réussi dans la jolie et confortable maison de Sylviane. Emplacement remarquable, conseils avisés, extrême propreté, tout est fait pour réussir ses vacances. De plus, Sylviane est une hôtesse très attentionnée avec laquelle nous avons eu des échanges amicaux et efficace. Un grand merci !

La maison de Christine est un vrai havre de paix, avec un magnifique jardin où les enfants ont pu jouer pendant que les adultes profitaient. Proche des commerces (Coop, boulangerie) ainsi que des trains et bateau, cette maison était très pratique et bien située. A 15-20 minutes de la plage à pieds (avec des enfants). Les lits étaient de bonne qualité et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande cet endroit chaleureux et confortable.

Celia is a great host, very helpful and cooperative. We felt like home. I am definitely going to go back for my next vacation.

Logement fidèle à l'annonce. Petit mais fonctionnel, parfait pour deux personnes et pour un week-end. Propre et bien équipé. Le plus : vue sur le lac depuis le coin chambre. Les petits moins : coin chambre très exiguë et place de parking assez petite, nécessite quelques manœuvres malgré un véhicule de taille moyenne.

Court séjour très appréciable. J'ai aimé la présence de la climatisation avec les fortes chaleurs, il faisait frais dans les chambres même en mezzanine. Les deux plages en contrebas du village très peu fréquentées et le calme paisible du village à deux pas de la suisse en vélo.

Wunderschönes Haus, direkt am Genfer See. Badestelle zu Fuß erreichbar (200m). Genügend Parkplätze. Terrasse rund um das Haus mit See und Bergblick. Schön ruhig. Beste Unterkunft die ich jemals hatte.

Logement parfait, propre et fidèle à la description, tout s’est très bien passé, endroit calme et paisible à proximité du lac, des restaurants. On a passé une excellent séjour, on recommande les yeux fermés 😉 Merci 🙏

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben hell, freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man ist so nahe am Wasser, dass man das Gefühl hat, man ist direkt auf dem See. Evian ist mit dem Auto und auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar wo es viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants gibt.

Sylvie a été délicieuse : accueillante, hyper disponible ! Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Cet appartement est idéal et l’équipement est digne d’un logement privé tel que le nôtre. Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Top Lage direkt am See. Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben eine Tolle Zeit am See verbracht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, gibt’s viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Alles im Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen.

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.
