2 minutes from Cierp Gaud, 20 minutes from Spain and the Mourtis resort; village house with its small garden and shelters The house is on 3 levels, on the ground floor a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and reversible air conditioning, wc with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms 1 bed 160/2 beds 140; a bathroom with toilet. On the 2ND floor, a 3-bed dormitory with shower room. Easy parking in a municipal parking lot 1 minute walk away electricity billed at cost in addition

Stone barn at the foot of the Pyrenees

Ce lieu vient juste d'être rénové! c'était une grange de pierre qui dispose maintenant de tout le confort. A 17km de l'Espagne, 20km de Luchon et des stations de ski (Mourtis,Luchon-Superbagnères, Peyragudes). Au rdc, vous disposez d'un salon cuisine, d'une grande salle de bains avec wc séparés, et de deux chambres avec lit 160 neufs A l'étage un dortoir avec 4 petits lits. Idéal 2 familles. L’extérieur n’est pas encore terminé , voilà pourquoi je mets des prix attractifs!
