We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the pools. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The water in the apartment felt cold, but it did not bother us too much because we were hot coming from the beach. There is a shopping plaza close by, but you can get a greater variety of restaurants and stores to choose from if you drive 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful home in a very convenient and peaceful location. House is well stocked with anything you may need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and pool towels. Host was very helpful and responsive, truly appreciate her hospitality and helpful recommendations on restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

I feel so lucky I got to stay here. This home is located in a private, beach front community with other travelers and locals. The pool was beautiful with a swim up bar and macaws flying over our heads and hanging out in the nearby trees. The home was beautiful and very clean, it was easy to feel at home and get a good night’s rest. The home is beautifully designed yet very cozy. The host was awesome and provided us a list of local food, activities, and more! They didn’t miss a beat. I highly recommend choosing this home for your stay in Costa Rica. Also, Jaco and the surrounding areas are so extremely beautiful. This was the most incredible trips of my life, everyone I met was so cool and friendly, the food was amazing, and the wildlife was breathtaking. If you have the opportunity, please don’t pass it up!

I had a great stay at William’s place! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. William was also very responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better. I’m completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great stay!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

My stay was wonderful. The place is as shown in the photos: clean, cozy and with everything you need to feel comfortable, a delicious pool and very cozy rooms. Communication with the host was always friendly and attentive. I really appreciate the details and hospitality. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Very nice place to stay on Playa Blanca

Great experience for our first time in Costa Rica!! Can’t wait to go back!! The pictures don’t even do the condo justice. It’s amazing and so convenient to town. Our guide in town, Chris, was unbelievable and had so many great suggestions. Pura Vida, Costa Rica!

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

It exceeds expectations. The apartment is IMPECCABLE, it has many details and much more than we need on our vacation. The location is perfect, the terrace overlooks the pool which is quite comfortable. Simply 10!!, nothing to object to. Leny is very attentive, responds immediately and quickly solves your needs. We loved our stay at Susana's place. The accommodation is super beautiful with a splendid view of the beach. We had all the necessary facilities. Beautiful terrace for our meals. The site was quiet, with a beautiful large beach. We took some nice big steps. The water from the sea and the pools were warm and we enjoyed it very much. Finally Susana answered any questions we had. If you are without transportation the bus system is more or less reliable. It's hard to know what time the bus passes. However, there is a bus stop right in front of the site. Thanks for everything.
