Emily and Randy's lake house is upscale, peaceful and in a great location. Access to the lake and pool are literally right outside your door and the town square, which has several nice restaurants, is a mile down the road. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The home was gorgeous and is better than the pictures and description. We had an issue that was our fault. Julianne worked with me and was professional and flexible. I couldn't ask for a better host. I would recommend this home to anyone.

We had an amazing time staying at this house! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell they really care about their guests and want to make sure everything goes smoothly. It made the whole experience even better. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and feel safe. It was the perfect spot to enjoy some downtime, but still close enough to stores and restaurants when we needed something. Every detail in the home was thoughtfully prepared, and we appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this lake house! The neighborhood was so family-friendly, and the lake and pool access were so close. All of the amenities - the hot tub, pool, kayaks, and paddle boards - helped make our trip so much fun. We also loved that the town square was so close (we even walked there!) and had so many cute restaurants and shops. The management was so great about checking in and answering any questions we had from start to finish! We hope to be back next summer for another great vacation!

This home was beautiful and comfortable. Perfectly fitted with everything you need and more! The greened in back porch was heaven. The only tiny thing- I wish I had read closer bc while the house was on the lake, you don’t have direct access to walk to the water from the yard as I originally thought. By no means did it ruin the stay, that would have just made it absolutely perfect. Wonderful house, very easy to deal with and helpful owner, definitely recommend!!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Everything on the inside was pristine, high end, and just immaculate. The outside was absolutely breathtaking with the most amazing views. There is so much thought and care that went into this Airbnb. If you’re looking for a private getaway, this is the place to book.

My friends and I had a wonderful time! We loved the peaceful environment, the kayaks, and just the overall atmosphere of the home. It was the perfect place for us to just enjoy being in nature. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great for cooking meals together, and there were many small thoughtful touches. We highly recommend this home!

Historic home updated beautifully. We loved everything about Wartrace Depot. More than enough room for our family of 3. We had a great time playing pool and relaxing. Close enough to walk to town and the park. Will book again if in the area.

Amazing property. Everything was exactly how it was described in the listing, or better. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our stay was peaceful and quiet with an incredible view.

Everything was as expected. Just like the beautiful pictures! House was very clean and cozy. Grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Justin was very quick to respond when making reservation and checking out. We did not need to contact Justin for anything during our stay. It was perfect!

We had such a great stay! We've stayed in this neighborhood before, for prior trips to Tim's Ford lake, but what really took our stay to the next level was the golf cart. This was a game changer for us and got us to the lake on a private golf cart path. Perfect for making additional trips down to the lake to walk around or get dinner at the marina. We rented a boat and were able to pull the boat up to the dock located right by the golf cart parking area. Made load in/out so easy. The house was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

The best stay ever! Can't beat this location. The hiking was great! The sound of the falls were so peaceful. Beds were comfortable. I've stayed at 40+ airbnbs and this one is at the top. Great host, too! Can't wait to come back!

I felt like a welcomed guest from the minute I walked in. The home was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. I have rented in Tennessee for the last 15 summers and have never rented a place that had so many extras (smores-popcorn- coffee pods-toiletries-kitchen supplies-etc. .Phil checked in to make sure everything was O:K. It is an absolute 5 Star !!!!
