A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , implanted on an imposing rock with a unique surroundings and a breathtaking view over the sea the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is inserted . The house was recently refurbished and enlarged with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and surroundings . You can see it from the top of the Serra de Sintra, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the pedestrian paths of the Serra de Sintra and its monuments and next to good restaurants , cafes with good atmosphere , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your tranquility. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, totally private and access to a large garden with an infinite pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, picturesque village next to Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for surfing/kite-surfing/windsurfing. I advise you to use your own car.

The studio is recently renovated, and as travelers, we tried to put all influences we got from around the world. The house is very quiet and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, for a quiet and relaxed holiday. We are located just 30 meters from the train station, and you can have acces to restaurants, pharamcy and supermarket in less than a minute. Hope you have a good time in Estoril and enjoy the house. During your stay, you will have access to all amenities from the house, and any extra necessity does not hesitate to ask. Contacting via WhatsApp São João do Estoril is a quiet locality with several restaurants, supermarkets and is close to Parque das Gerações, on the way to Azarujinha beach. After the beach, it is worth ending the day with a delicious ice cream from the famous Santini. The house is just 20 meters from the train station, a step walk and you ready to visit Lisbon, Cascais and get a bus to visit Sintra( Cascais Station). Our coast is famous for is calm, good weather all year round and of course a place where you can take some time to relax. You will have free wi-fi as well 50+ channel TV and NETFLIX and PS4 . The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.
