Ideally located, in the heart of the old Cascais village. Very peaceful and cosy, 5 minutes walk to the beach and Marina. Small terrace with view to the sea. ******************* The apartment is a small duplex on the top floor of a 2-story building. It has living room, a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen on the main floor and two small bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom in the attic.  The apartment is fully equipped, with dishwashers and laundry, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juice maker, stove, oven, fridge, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. Bed sheets and bath towels are available. The fantastic view from the terrace and the light that enters the entire house are the best aspects of this apartment. Despite being close to the center of Cascais (with restaurants, bars and supermarket in the area) this apartment is extremely quiet. The marina, where you have the offer of diving or sport fishing is a 5-minute walk. Golf courses, tennis and paddles are a 5-minute drive. Train station to Lisbon and bus to Sintra is a 5-minute walk.
