Perfect house for our stay in Phoenix. This place can easily accommodate 3 couples or a large family. Outdoor space is very nice- enjoyed the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Highly recommend!

Colby's place is amazing! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. His communication and instructions before our arrival were so good that we never needed to contact anyone during our week long stay. Pool area is the highlight but the rest of the house is great as well. Definitely recommend.

Great Stay, Highly Recommend! I was so greatful being able to reserve very last minute! We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The house was perfect for our family yearly trip for Spring Training. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jared's home is decorated in a hacienda style which we love. It is within a very easy walk to the lake, and by car you can quickly access grocery store, restaurants, starbucks, etc. Ample room for a family to gather in the family room and a great long table for family to enjoy dinner or play board games. We had a couple of our dinners outside on the patio, and enjoyed watching humming birds, doves and quail, do their thing. The general set up of the house, worked perfectly for our needs...

Greg and Philippa’s house is beautiful and well maintained with almost everything close by, super market, gas stations, pharmacy, banks you name it, Greg was always responsive and proactive. Thanks Greg and Philippa

I had a wonderful stay at this home in Goodyear, AZ. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing stay in the area. Everything was so nice. There was an unexpected problem with the pool pump but Dave and Heidi were on it right away and had a very busy pool company squeeze the repair in. We will definitely stay again and explore more of the beautiful surrounding area. Thanks for the hospitality.

A peacefully idyllic location with beautiful views overlooking the desert and city lights in the distance but minutes from supermarket, restaurants etc. The house was the perfect size for our siblings and spouses annual spring training fest. We each had privacy but communal spaces to enjoy. The backyard was so nice we did not want to leave to dine so we took full advantage of the best kitchen I have used in an Airbnd in terms of amenities. Cirdan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Swimming in the heated pool was divine but one day we had a plethora of bees seeking water. The next day they were manageable again, but Cirdan sent a "B" man over to make sure we were safe. As a host, a big thank you, Cirdan, for being so warm and welcoming and making us feel right at home, we would definitely like to return!

Yolanda was so communicative, helpful, and friendly. Her oasis truly felt like home away from home (but with far better scenery and surroundings than New England). The community was equally as beautiful as her home. It had everything my family could possibly need & more. It was the easiest and most relaxing stay! We would absolutely return!

We loved our stay! We felt right at home. This place is beautiful and allowed our family to have some much needed bonding time - we felt right at home. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the mornings sipping coffee and watching the kids swim. Shannon was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again! Loved it!

This was the perfect house for our family of 9! Lots of beds for all of us, and the pool was the highlight for the 5 kids. It was tough to get them out when we planned to go somewhere! The wide open kitchen and the large table with plenty of seating made it great for us to eat all of our meals together. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked perfectly. The house was literally like a "castle". We will rent this house again next time we get to Phoenix!

David's house was the perfect stay for us. It allowed our large family ample room to enjoy one another, and the pool was great! While the pool wasn't super clean when we arrived, David took care of the issue immediately and was very responsive to communication and this minor issue. The house is in excellent condition and was super comfortable for our stay! I would definitely book David's house again. The area is very nice and there are a lot of restaurants close by and its not far from all the fun activities that AZ has to offer.

Kelsey and Greg have a beautiful home with everything you can think of! Really peaceful and walkable neighborhood. 15-20 minutes nearby to groceries, gas, and stores. Both respond quickly and very accommodating to our needs. Overall loved their home and would definitely book with them again. Thank you!

Jerry's house is amazing and the backyard is incredible. He was attentive to our needs and quick to respond to my questions. There is a lot to do outside and a great pool table inside. The pool temperature was perfect for us. Spacious and very comfortable. Definitely would rent the house again if we come back to the area.

It is always nice to stay somewhere new that feels welcoming and allows you to relax. Vivian’s home made me think of the Tardis. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious on the inside. The hot water and water pressure are great. Beds are beds couches and seating are very comfortable. The pool is walking distance from the house if you Like to walk and the over all feel made our four hour drive to get there well worth the trip. Would have stayed an additional day if it had not been booked already. Next time I need to stay in Goodyear I will definitely be looking to stay at Vivian’s.

Julie was a great host. She has a very nice home with a nice pool/backyard and she was very responsive to any questions I had.

Jacob was quick to respond. The house was beautifully decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking. We were able to enjoy the pool which was a huge plus. We would definitely come back.
