Former Blacksmith workshop transformed into a small 70m² residential house in the heart of a small Archéchois village, a few kilometers from Tain l 'Hermitage/Tournon sur Rhône. This house consists of two bedrooms including one on the mezzanine, a bathroom/toilet, a large living room with stove and an equipped kitchen. The house also has an exterior of more than 600 m² offering a view of the small village of Etables where you will find a bakery as well as a small grocery store.

The old mill

Former oil mill turned into a house at the entrance of the village. Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room as well as a bathroom (Italian shower and bathtub 150) + toilet. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.
