The accommodation is located 6 km from the Tremblade, 10 km from the beaches of Ronce les Bains and Palmyre, 15 km from Royan and 45 min from Île d 'Oleron. Please note that household linen (sheets and towels) is not provided.

The spacious bathroom consists of a shower with double washcloths and a bath. A south-facing terrace with 2 garden tables and barbecue will welcome you on 1500m² of land. The 10x4 pool is available and heated from May to September.

Independent studio located in a quiet area overlooking a Natura 2000 wood. You will have access to a small private garden that will allow you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings where you can grill thanks to the barbecue provided. The studio has a 140 cm bed as well as a 140 cm sofa bed (+ 1 baby bed), the emphasis was placed on comfortable and quality bedding. Linens and hand towels provided.
