The Seudre House

Come and recharge your batteries in this comfortable 73 m2 house full of charm! Composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 equipped kitchen that opens to the living room with sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby. Guests can relax by the pool in an enclosed and not overlooked garden. Access to bike paths from the exit of the house allows you to easily reach shops and oyster huts (1 km away) and beaches 10 km away in complete safety.

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
