Il Cubetto - Sun Studio: absolute exclusivity

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Loft in a strategic location near Pisa

In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. This loft is not simply an apartment: it is a living fragment of Florence. Built in the 1300s as the Convent of San Barnaba, deconsecrated in the nineteenth century and turned into a painters' studio for its extraordinary light, it now houses a small private art gallery — accessible exclusively to guests. In the heart of the city, steps from the Duomo and the Central Station. 70 sqm across two levels, ceilings up to six metres, and an atmosphere no hotel will ever replicate.

The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator of the former '300s, a stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Croce: one of the largest Franciscan churches and one of the highest Gothic buildings in Italy.
