Loft holiday rentals in Etruscan Coast

Totally recommended this place, the environment is very quiet, ideal to rest, the house was spotless, it was very comfortable, clean and Sara welcomed us in an incredible way... do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful place... 100% recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and lovingly furnished – just like in the pictures. We felt at home right away. Complete kitchen with everything you need. Relaxing living area and a cody room for a restful sleep. Spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring the city (15 Min. by feet), and only 20 Minutes to the central station, to visit Pisa by train. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was warm and easy. Hicham was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much – we’d love to come back anytime!

Stars are often generously awarded, but many flaws are omitted to make them look good. Well, that's not the case. Barbara and Simone fully deserve all the reviews I've read and what I've shared. Precision, accuracy and immediacy for every request. Excellent advice and the residence is also full of information. We felt pampered.

Sara was a fantastic host from start to finish. We had a late flight which was also delayed two hours. I messaged Sara to let her know our updated arrival time and she still happily met us at 11pm to get us settled in. We also struggled to use the taxi apps, so Sara booked us a taxi back to the train station on our last day. The trip was with my dad, so I was on the sofa bed and he in the double up top. I was a little bit worried but have no complaints and slept well. Sara gave us some excellent recommendations for local food and wine. We had the best pizza we’ve ever tasted from Pizzeria La Luna! The only thing to note is that you need to copy the address from Air BNB and paste into Google maps. If you click on the map in the Air BnB app, it takes you three minutes walk away from the loft for some reason. Also if you’re visiting Florence, you MUST book a Tuscany wine tour. We used Fun In Tuscany because it’s a smaller group. It’s worth every single penny! Thank you so much Sara x

We felt immediately at home in this wonderful loft. The space is stunning and even topped off with a wonderful terrace. The location is in the middle of everything. Definitely planning to return! Grazie mille!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Siena partly because the apartment was so well located and was extremely comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay while visiting a beautiful city.

Modestino’s flat was spacious and gorgeous. Great location and so many fantastic restaurants nearby. Modestino was super responsive and such a generous host — he really made us feel welcome. Grazie Modestino!

I recently stayed at this apartment in Florence and had a wonderful experience overall! The apartment was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city's stunning sights and vibrant neighborhoods. It was spotlessly clean and matched the description perfectly, which made settling in effortless and comfortable. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottle of wine left for us, adding a warm and welcoming gesture to our stay. I truly appreciated this detail, which enhanced the overall hospitality. The only minor drawback was the street noise, which was quite noticeable during late-night and early morning hours. This aspect slightly affected the quietness of our rest but didn’t overshadow the many positives of the accommodation. Despite this, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Florence, especially for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful hosts. We would absolutely return again!

Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

Lapis place was very charming, kitchen had everything we needed. Lapos place would be ideal for a longer stay which we wish we could. Location is perfect close to everything walkable to great restaurants and shops. Lapo was very helpful when needed. We would definitely come back and stay at Lapos place.

Very interesting accommodation to see Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to move on foot in the city). The apartment is well set up and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the locals (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorenzo’s penthouse apartment in Firenze! The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for me and my partner. Location was very convenient, as well. We were only in town for a few days but would definitely book with Lorenzo again for a longer stay!

In a city full of history and art, I can’t think of a better place to stay. The space was incredible. Silvia & Carla have created a place that immerses you in all that Florence is known for. The neighborhood is full of local shops and restaurants and public transit makes getting around the city a piece of cake. If and when we come back to Florence, this place will be where we stay.

STAY HERE!!! Chiara was so incredibly helpful and accommodated our travel delays, which had us coming in about 5 hours later than expected. The Little Patio was cozy and charming, but also modern and extremely authentic. The temperature inside was perfect and we did not have to make any adjustments, despite how warm it was outside. I also had the best nights sleep because the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect and you could walk everywhere. We will definitely book again on a return trip to Florence!!!!

The lift was impeccable! Very clean! Lots of amenities, and even a guide for the area! Serena was super responsive and friendly! Highly recommend! Be prepared for walking up several flights of stairs, but the loft itself, made it worth it!
