Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Unique 100 sqm design flat in the Oltrarno district

Experience the charm of Florence in our stunning 100 sqm (1,000 sq ft) designer flat, located in Oltrarno, the historic center's most vibrant and authentic area, recently dubbed the "coolest neighborhood in the world" by Lonely Planet. This ideal retreat allows you to immerse yourself in local life while remaining within easy walking distance of the train station and all major attractions. The flat accommodates up to four guests (two double beds), making it perfect for couples or small groups.

In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
